WARRANTY PERIOD
1. WARRANTY
This is the guarantee of Isuzu Vietnam Co., Ltd (IVC) for customers on product quality within a special period (or distance) called as warranty period. Any malfunctions and failures specified below if occurring within the warranty period will be appropriately compensated by IVC.
2. WARRANTY PERIOD
The basic warranty period is calculated from the date that the vehicle is delivered to the buyer for the first use based on issuing date of the Warranty registration form (attached to the warranty book). The warranty period is specified in the table below by time or number of kilometers, whichever comes first:

3. SPECIAL WARRANTY PERIOD
> Battery, horns
The battery, horns installed by IVC are warranted in 12 months or 20.000 km, whichever occurs first, from the date of the Warranty registration form to the first buyer. Cases of battery explosion, cracking, damage due to dryness of the solution will not be warranted
> Paint
Any errors in the original paint of the Isuzu vehicles painted by IVC, originating from the defects of the materials or the assembly process, will be warranted in 12 months or 20,000 km, whichever comes first, from the date of the Warranty registration form to the first buyer.
> CD, DVD, Accessories
Additional equipment such as CD, DVD, air conditioner, accessories such as rear body lock, monitor, reverse sensors, reversing camera, etc…installed by Isuzu Vietnam is warranted in the 12 months or 20.000 km, whichever comes first, from the date of the Warranty registration card to the first buyer.
WARRANTY
1. REGULATION SCOPE OF THE WARRANTY
Compensation includes those regulate functions abnormally and correct any damage caused by material errors or assembly, if they occur throughout
warranty period. Authorized Dealers of Isuzu Vietnam Automobile Co., Ltd. will repair and/or adjust so that the car returns to normal operating conditions as soon as possible.
* FREE OF CHARGE: Vehicles covered by the warranty will be repaired and adjusted free of charge including parts and labor, including other costs that must be paid for warranty (eg: viscosity, gas cold, coolant …).
* DRIVING SUPPORT: When having request, Isuzu Dealer’s warranty service personnel perform a towing service to the factory or to the nearest workshop if the customer’s car cannot be operated due to damage spare parts within warranty. In case of confirmation of warranty, the cost of towing is included in the warranty cost reimbursed by IVC.
This warranty does not cover the following economic losses: costs due to damage to the vehicle’s downtime, damages caused by inactive vehicles such as car rental costs, loading and unloading expenses food, travel, storage costs and other extra costs due to vehicle suspension.
In addition, this warranty does not include routine maintenance work (cleaning, cleaning, lubricating, replacing filters, bougie, injectors, worn worn brake pads, etc.). and perform other common maintenance requirements).
2. THE CHANGE OF WARRANTY PERIOD
Isuzu Vietnam Co., Ltd can arbitrarily change warranty periods from time to time, each type of vehicle or each customer. In the case of special warranties other than those mentioned above, IVC will issue separate certificates for customers as a basis to apply to Authorized Dealers.
ITEMS WITHOUT WARRANTY
1. DAMAGED OR ACCIDENTAL ACCIDENT, USED ANYTHING, AUTOMATICALLY CHANGING THE STRUCTURE:
Accident or damage caused by collision, fire, theft, vandalism, violence, explosion or other objects touching, misuse of regulations or use of the vehicle in an unusual manner such as climbing a vehicle margins, overloading, racing or participating in competitions. Warranty is not applicable when the km meter is stopped or modified.
2. DAMAGED OR PREVENTED BY THE ENVIRONMENT OF THE ENVIRONMENT:
Due to falling objects from the sky (such as chemicals, resin …), rocks, hail, earthquakes, water or floods, storms, sunlight …
3. DAMAGED BY MAINTENANCE OR USE OF MATERIALS, LUBRICANTS, FUNDING FOLLOWING:
Errors, inadequate operation or damage caused by negligent use, improper repair and adjustment, installation of non-original parts provided by IVC, improper maintenance, failure to comply with the guaranteed schedule improper maintenance, use of materials, lubricants, fuels according to the instructions stated in the “Manual for Use and Maintenance”
4. DEFINITELY DUE TO OVERLOAD, INSTALL THE CAR WITHOUT FITNESS AND OTHER MATTER:
IVC does not apply warranty for:
• Any parts on the vehicle must withstand a load exceeding the specified weight, affecting the condition and normal operation of the vehicle.
• Any spare parts that are damaged or run abnormally due to improper modification or installation of special tanks provided by other manufacturers, if these are not agreed upon in advance Technical side of IVC.
• Any parts on the vehicle that are broken or run abnormally due to modification, structural change, connection, disassembly, adjustment or misuse, fitting of non-Isuzu original parts.
5. DAMAGED, FIRE BY INSTALL THE ELECTRIC DEVICES AS LIGHTS, TAILS, ACCESSORIES etc. MAKE THE ELECTRIC SYSTEM OF THE VEHICLE ARE LOADED
6. NATURAL, REDUCE VALUES BY TIME ON THE CAR DOING THE PROCESS OF USE OR DOING CUSTOMERS TO OUTDOOR CARS.
7. DETAILS WITHOUT WARRANTY
The details listed below will not be covered by the warranty. However, depending on the specific circumstances that the IVC may consider to guarantee good faith
• Spark plugs
• Daddy wins
• Hand brake wire
• Father disc clutch
• Types of electric bulbs, fuses
• Types of belts, except orange belts
• Squeegee and rubber wipers
• Rubber tubes lead liquid and gas
