On September 09th, 2023, Isuzu Vietnam cooperated with Isuzu Thang Long and Hiep Hoa Automobile to successfully organize Daily Vehicle Maintenance and Inspection training for The Red River Joint Stock Company For Fresh Vegetable Development Investment (The Red River).
The program took place with the participation of more than 15 drivers, technicians and managers of The Red River confirming the practicality of the program and their special attention to safety and efficiency while operating the truck.
Speaking at the opening of the program, Technical Manager of The Red River – Mr. Nguyen Viet Hung stated that safety and efficiency are the most essential criteria in the business of transportation. As a result, The Red River pays close attention to and actively participates in the training of Daily vehicle Maintenance and inspection methods with the goal of improving safe driving and driving skills in general. He added that more than 50% of attendants are managers from subsidiaries, who are future internal trainers also, this knowledge and driving skills will be widely spread out in order to optimize operating performance and ensure the company’s reputation of transportation. Isuzu Vietnam’s training program not only contributes to bringing added value to customers but also demonstrates the manufacturer’s role as a companion and a sense of responsibility towards the product and the customer. Through the seminar, with the guidance of Isuzu Vietnam, Isuzu Thang Long and Hiep Hoa Automobile, the trainees participated in 04 main contents as follows:
- Instructions for daily maintenance & inspection of Isuzu vehicle (Theory and practice)
- Counselation on periodic maintenance cycles for special purpose vehicles using Isuzu F-Series chassis
- Instructions for daily vehicle maintenance and inspection of special purpose system from Hiep Hoa Automobile (Theory and practice)
- Isuzu Health Report Explanation; Q&A Section
The Red River’s drivers practiced the method of vehicle daily maintenance & inspection after being instructed by Isuzu Thang Long and Hiep Hoa Automobile.
At the end of the program, participants received certificates and awards from the organizers.
