This is a practical solution that ensures the customer’s vehicle is fully maintained according to ISUZU standards at a reasonable cost, bringing peace of mind during operation.
About the Periodical Maintenance Service – Parts Package
This package includes essential maintenance parts, lubricant and fluids designed based on the standard maintenance interval of each ISUZU vehicle lineup. When performing maintenance at any ISUZU dealer, customer’s vehicle will be inspected and have parts replaced according to the maintenance standards issued by ISUZU.
Using the Periodic Maintenance Parts Package offers practical benefits at a reasonable price:
- Minimizes vehicle downtime by preventing unexpected failures, ensuring stable and continuous operation.
- Optimizes operating costs through improved fuel efficiency and reduced major repair expenses.
- Enhanced safety, minimizing the risk of accidents as all maintenance items are serviced according to Isuzu’s standards.
Based on ISUZU’s PMS standards, the PMS Parts Package is structured into three levels: Minor package – Medium package – Major package. This segmentation helps customers easily understand & choose the appropriate package as recommended by Isuzu, and match the current condition of their vehicle while optimizing maintenance costs.
- Minor package: Includes basic inspections and replacement basic maintenance items such as engine oil, oil filter, and other essential inspection.
- Medium package: Includes all items in the Minor package, plus additional parts that require replacement at mid–maintenance intervals (depending on the model), such as the fuel filter or cabin air filter.
- Major package: Including everything in the Medium Package, along with long-interval replacement items such as transmission oil, differential oil, and a full system inspection.
