Established on Oct 19th, 1995, ISUZU Viet Nam Co., Ltd (IVC) is a Japan-Vietnam joint venture automotive company specialized in assembling & distributing commercial vehicles & light commercial vehicles includes light duty trucks, medium duty trucks, heavy duty trucks, bus chassis as well as pick-up and SUV.
In 2022, ISUZU Vietnam officially launched new ISUZU Master Truck product lines Euro 5 – GREEN POWER – is the newest upgraded version of Common Rail Technology, complying with Government’s roadmap on emission standard in Vietnam, contributing to environmental protection and the sustainable development of society.

Job title: Spare Parts Dealer Operation staff

3. Job Description
– Process dealer orders in ERP/DMS; follow up Dealer’s back orders (main duty)
– Dealer support/kaizen & performance management
– Visit garages, parts shops and fleet customers with dealers to develop external parts sales
– Support dealers to reactivate disconnected customers and follow up on conversion results
– Record visit results and keep customer data up to date; share market feedback with the team
– Coordinate with warehouse, other teams to solve order and delivery issues
– Perform other tasks assigned by management
4. Job Requirements
– Education: University degree, preferably in Automotive Technology, Mechanical Engineering, Business Administration, Economics or related field.
– Having from 1 year of experience in automotive spare parts, automotive aftersales, dealer operations, or a related field is a plus.
– Experience using ERP/DMS systems for spare parts/order operations is highly preferred.
– Good Microsoft Excel and MS Office skills.
– Proficient in English
– Good communication, coordination, and teamwork skills.
– Detail-oriented with good follow-up and problem-solving skills.
– Able to work independently and handle operational data accurately.
– Willing to travel for dealer/customer visits when required.
