Established on Oct 19th, 1995, ISUZU Viet Nam Co., Ltd (IVC) is a Japan-Vietnam joint venture automotive company specialized in assembling & distributing commercial vehicles & light commercial vehicles includes light duty trucks, medium duty trucks, heavy duty trucks, bus chassis as well as pick-up and SUV.

In 2022, ISUZU Vietnam officially launched new ISUZU Master Truck product lines Euro 5 – GREEN POWER – is the newest upgraded version of Common Rail Technology, complying with Government’s roadmap on emission standard in Vietnam, contributing to environmental protection and the sustainable development of society.

3. Job Description

– Organize training courses for dealer staff

– Prepare training plans and training materials, and provide them to dealers

– Monitor and support internal training activities at dealers

– Manage and support activities related to the Isuzu E-learning system

– Support service improvement projects (Kaizen Service Process, SST Standards, EGR Cleaning Machine, etc.)

– Organize events such as Skill Contests, I-1GP, Internal Skill Contests, Grade Promotions, Trainer Competitions, etc.

– Provide G-IDSS helpdesk support and technical assistance to dealers

– Manage and track dealer staff competency/level data

– Support owner manual and workshop manual activities, including translation projects and document support for dealers

– Perform other tasks as assigned by the manager

 

4. Job Requirements

– Bachelor’s degree in automotive technology or a related field.

– Minimum 3 years of experience in automotive technical service and after-sales service.

– Good command of English (TOEIC score of 500 or above).

– Valid B2 driving license.

– Strong presentation, communication, and analytical skills.

– Ability to work independently and effectively manage assigned tasks.

– Willingness to travel for domestic and overseas business trips.

– Working location: IAC (Isuzu Vietnam Auto Care Center), Cu Chi.
