Established on Oct 19th, 1995, ISUZU Viet Nam Co., Ltd (IVC) is a Japan-Vietnam joint venture automotive company specialized in assembling & distributing commercial vehicles & light commercial vehicles includes light duty trucks, medium duty trucks, heavy duty trucks, bus chassis as well as pick-up and SUV.
In 2022, ISUZU Vietnam officially launched new ISUZU Master Truck product lines Euro 5 – GREEN POWER – is the newest upgraded version of Common Rail Technology, complying with Government’s roadmap on emission standard in Vietnam, contributing to environmental protection and the sustainable development of society.

Job Description
HR records management and standardization
– Review existing personnel files, identify missing documents, and maintain a tracking list.
– Standardize filing structures: establish standard document checklists and set up storage systems (hard & soft copies).
– Propose and implement regulations for HR documentation and archiving.
Data digitization and management
– Execute records digitization: scan documents, name files, and classify data according to standards.
– Manage electronic filing systems: store, update, and ensure data accuracy.
– Maintain the confidentiality and integrity of personnel information.
Process development and compliance control
– Assist in building and improving related processes: archiving, record updates, and data security.
– Monitor HR compliance: ensure files are complete and valid in accordance with regulations.
– Provide documentation support for internal requests or audits.
3. Job Requirements
– Education: College/University degree in Human Resource Management, Administration, Office Management, or related fields.
– Experience in administration/HR administration is an advantage.
– Knowledge of record management and document archiving (preference given to candidates familiar with ISO 9001 standards).
– Basic understanding of employee records and regulations related to document retention.
– Good data management skills and proficiency in office software/tools.
– Careful, detail-oriented, and systematic mindset. Proactive, responsible, and able to work independently.
