Established on Oct 19th, 1995, Isuzu Viet Nam Co., Ltd (IVC) is a Japan-Vietnam joint venture automotive company specialized in assembling & distributing commercial vehicles & light commercial vehicles includes light duty trucks, medium duty trucks, heavy duty trucks, bus chassis as well as pick-up and SUV.

In 2022, Isuzu Vietnam officially launched new Isuzu Master Truck product lines Euro 5 – GREEN POWER – is the newest upgraded version of Common Rail Technology, complying with Government’s roadmap on emission standard in Vietnam, contributing to environmental protection and the sustainable development of society.

III. Job Description

1. VAMA activities (Vietnam Automobile Manufacturers’ Association)

– Establishing a collaborative system with various industries and public sectors to prepare the company for future involvement in VAMA’s main activities.

– Promotion of various activities at the Executive Committee, Committees, Subcommittees, etc. at VAMA, and liaison services in cooperation with related departments.

– Serving as the company’s contact point for daily work with VAMA.

2. Government agency relations

– Handling of various reports, information gathering and negotiations with relevant ministries and administrative agencies for deepening the understanding of the company.

– Attend meetings & seminars on various issues related to the automobile industry between VAMA members and relevant authorities, domestic and international organizations, and other associations.

– Cooperate with related Depts within the company & act as a liaison point for negotiations with government agencies.

3. Crisis management

– Measuring and proposing timely in respond to emergency and crisis situations.

– Developing plans and countermeasures to minimize crisis happening

IV. Job Requirements

– Education: Graduated from Universities with Laws major.

– Experience: Having from 3 years of experience in the legal field, candidates with experience in the automotive industry will be preferred.

– Proficiency in English (TOEIC 750 or above).

– Proficiency in MS Office.

– Female is preferable.
