Established on Oct 19th, 1995, ISUZU Viet Nam Co., Ltd (IVC) is a Japan-Vietnam joint venture automotive company specialized in assembling & distributing commercial vehicles & light commercial vehicles includes light duty trucks, medium duty trucks, heavy duty trucks, bus chassis as well as pick-up and SUV.

In 2022, ISUZU Vietnam officially launched new ISUZU Master Truck product lines Euro 5 – GREEN POWER – is the newest upgraded version of Common Rail Technology, complying with Government’s roadmap on emission standard in Vietnam, contributing to environmental protection and the sustainable development of society.

3. Job Description

– Follow up, support, and drive dealer programs and key FY26 Aftersales Division projects to achieve business plan (BP) targets.

– Conduct regular dealer visits to monitor operations and identify improvement opportunities in organization, facilities, and staff competencies.

– Support dealers in certification activities, new dealer setup, dealer standard implementation, and related projects.

– Manage and monitor dealer activities and standard service process implementation.

– Ensure dealer compliance with aftersales policies, standards, and procedures, and implement corrective actions when necessary.

4. Job Requirements

– Bachelor’s degree in Automotive Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, or a related field.

– Minimum 3 years of experience in the automotive industry; experience in dealership operations or aftersales service is preferred.

– Good command of English and proficiency in Microsoft Office applications (especially Excel and – PowerPoint).

– Strong communication, reporting, and problem-solving skills.

– Willingness to travel regularly for business trips.

– Having B2 driving license is preferred.
