On December 8th, 2023, Isuzu Vietnam cooperated with Isuzu Nisu Dealer to successfully organize Eco-drive seminar, Safety Driving – Fuel Saving and Daily Vehicle Maintenance – Inspection, for College Occupation Vietnam Coal and Minerals (Vinacomin) in Cam Pha, Quang Ninh.
The program took place with the participation of over 30 students, driving teachers and managers from Vinacomin confirming the practicality of the program and their special interest in safety and fuel saving, accordingly knowledge for teaching and optimize vehicle operation efficiency.
In the opening statement, the representative of Vinacomin – Mr. Nguyen Viet Tung expressed his sincere thanks to Isuzu Vietnam and Isuzu Nisu Dealer for taking care & organizing Eco-drive seminar for Vinacomin’s staffs & students. He highly evaluated not only Isuzu product quality, durability and fuel economy but also its dedicated customer care and support.
In addition, he emphasized the usefulness of Isuzu’s Health Report feature, especially in managing vehicles (tracking operational activities, determining maintenance and repair cycles based on the operating conditions of each vehicle), and providing recommendations to reduce operational costs and extend the lifespan of the vehicles.
He hopes that with Isuzu’s safe & eco-driving skills and daily vehicle maintenance & inspection methods, all participants will apply it to daily work, real life and spread widely to driving students to help improve the quality of training and contribute to the development of the society.
During the seminar, under the guidance of Isuzu Vietnam and Isuzu Nisu Dealer, participants engaged in 03 key topics:
1. Guide to Eco & Safety Driving skill (Theory & Practice)
2. Instructions for daily vehicle maintenance & inspection (Theory)
3. Health Report Explanation; Q&A Section
Accordingly, participants participated in driving practice in two ways: normal driving according to daily practice and eco-driving according to the skills instructed by Isuzu. With the implementation of this new method, Isuzu aims to contribute to reducing customers fuel costs by more than 10%.
At the end of the program, participants received certificates and awards from the organizer.
