On June 28, 2024, the Vietnam urban environment and industrial zone association organized the 6th National Congress, term 2024-2029, in Ha Noi City.

Isuzu Vietnam Co., Ltd. (Isuzu Vietnam) is proud to accompany with Hiep Hoa Auto Group JSC (Hiep Hoa) as the Diamond sponsor of this event.

Isuzu Vietnam and Hiep Hoa have cooperated strategically since 2018 to produce specialized vehicles branded Isuzu – Hiep Hoa with quality – durability – reliability for the urban environmental sanitation field such as: Garbage compactors, Road washing water sprayer, Mud trucks, etc.

At this Congress, Isuzu Vietnam accompanied with Hiep Hoa to display 6 vehicles includes: Garbage compactor (QLR77FE4, FVR34LE5, FVZ60QE5), Road washing water sprayer (FVR34LE5), Crane vehicle (FRR90NE4, FVM34TE4). These vehicles are built on Isuzu cabin chassis with the advantages of durability, fuel economy combined with high-quality specialized vehicles/equipment built by Hiep Hoa.

With these achievements, Isuzu Vietnam is committed to sustainable development based on the ESG framework (Environment – Social – Governance). In early 2022, Isuzu introduced Euro 5 emission standard trucks, contributing to environmental protection. This commitment is further demonstrated through participation in conferences and organizing training programs for daily vehicle maintenance and eco-driving.

Currently, the Vietnam Urban Environment and Industrial Zone Association has more than 250 members representing nearly 80,000 employees and workers working in the field of environment, urban infrastructure in the North, Central and South regions.

The Congress had the presence of Minister, representatives of Ministries, Board of Director of companies and units specializing in manufacturing and supplying all kinds of vehicles, equipment, and materials for environmental sanitation across the country who have accompanied the urban environment industry.

The Congress is responsible for summarizing the work of the 2019-2024 term; Electing the Executive Committee and Inspection Committee for the 2024-2029 term and a number of other important tasks. The Congress is also an opportunity for managers, scientists and businesses to meet and exchange experiences and share solutions related to the field of environmental sanitation.

At the congress, the members elected the Executive Board of the Vietnam urban environment and industrial zone association, whereby Mr. Huynh Minh Nhut, former Director of CITENCO HCMC was elected the Chairman of the Vietnam urban environment and industrial zone association for the term 2024-2029.

We wish the Association’s new term to continue to achieve much success and the Association to develop more and more in the future. Through this, Isuzu Vietnam and Hiep Hoa have expressed our wish to continue contributing to the environmental protection and sustainable development of society.
