With a commitment to economic development that is closely aligned with environmental protection and social responsibility, Isuzu Vietnam Co., Ltd (hereinafter referred to as “Company”) consistently upholds its obligations to fully comply with environmental regulations across our products, manufacturing processes, business operations, and services. In this effort, the implementation of recycling responsibility is a key element in achieving these goals. The Company hereby announces the categories of recycling responsibility as stated below:

I. IMPLEMENTING RECYCLING RESPONSIBILITY:

According to the provisions of the Law on Environmental Protection No. 72/2020/QH14. Decree 08/2022/ND-CP detailing a number of articles of the Law on Environmental Protection and Decree 05/2025/ND-CP amending, supplementing a number of articles of Decree 08/2022/ND-CP on 10 January, 2022 of the Government detailing a number of articles of the Law on Environmental Protection (“Legal provisions on environmental protection”).

ISUZU Vietnam Company Limited (“Company”) will carry out the “Responsibility for recycling products” that IVC produces and imports as stated in the table Section II.

II. SCOPE AND TIME OF APPLICATION:

Company needs to carry out recycling responsibilities for 04 product groups that company produces and imports to bring to Viet Nam market as follow:

(Domestically produced products will be recycled by domestic manufacturers according to current regulations)

III. PROVIDE INFORMATION ABOUT PRODUCTS AND PACKAGING COMPANY IMPLEMENTING RECYCLING RESPONSIBILITY:

According to legal provisions on environmental protection, Company is responsible for publicizing information about the products and packaging they produces and imports, including: ingredients, fuel, materials; instructions for classification, collection, reuse, recycling, treatment; warning about risks during recycling, reuse, treatment as follow:
