On February 24th and March 2nd 2024, Isuzu Vietnam successfully organized the National After-Sales Conference 2024 in Can Tho and Da Nang Province. This conference not only served as an opportunity for evaluation but also as an important step in building development strategies, finding ways to enhance the quality of services provided to customers, and shaping a promising and sustainable future.
Isuzu Vietnam is not just an automobile assembly manufacturer but also a reliable brand for customers. The conference focused on improving service quality through various customer care policies/programs such as: Fleet Customer Policy – Mobile Service Policy – Accident Repair Policy – Health Report Program, etc. With valuable dealer’s feedback and idea, Isuzu not only update activities to meet all customer needs but also create new strategy: “Maximizing vehicle uptime together – Minimizing the vehicle downtime”.
The journey to excellence requires not only diligence but also innovation. Isuzu Vietnam and dealers together discussed how to develop new aftersales parts product lines, create new programs, and update the current policies to adapt to market trends and meet the diverse needs of customers.
In a world increasingly concerned about environmental protection, Isuzu Vietnam has been and is focusing on sustainable development. This direction not only focuses on producing high-quality vehicles but also emphasizes addressing environmental challenges. Technology application is also a discussed topic at the conference, Isuzu Vietnam implements many technology projects not only for internal management but also to optimize interactions with customers. Upgrading mobile applications and building up dealer system are strategies that Isuzu Vietnam will implement to accurately identify and promptly provide services/parts to Isuzu customers nationwide.
