On July 27, 2024, Isuzu Day 2024 event took place in Ho Chi Minh City, with the participation of the Board of Directors and key personnel of Isuzu Vietnam Co., Ltd (Isuzu Vietnam).
Isuzu Day 2024 marks the beginning of a series of Isuzu Day and Town Hall Meeting events aimed at understanding, raising awareness of, demonstrating, and applying core values and high-valued behaviors in daily work.
The event created a lively discussion space and received positive feedback from attendees. Participants shared and exchanged ideas about the “Isuzu ID” – the new business philosophy built upon the core values of Isuzu Motors Limited, designed to guide the company’s long-term activities and development.
The new business philosophy of Isuzu Vietnam includes Purpose, Vision, Mission, Core Values, Strategic Direction, and Organizational Culture, which Isuzu Vietnam is committed to building and developing in the future.

Speaking at the event, Mr. Wataru Nakano – General Director of Isuzu Vietnam – shared with all employees: “I hope that each time you make a decision in your daily work, you will consider Isuzu ID to determine what is the best choice for the company in line with our Vision and Mission. As a result, I believe there will be cases where we must take on unprecedented challenges – challenges that have never been attempted before or challenges that may be outside of our current rules and regulations. In such cases, I hope that you will not be afraid to take on these challenges.”

The sharing and discussion session led by Mr. Kenichi Hisamatsu – Deputy General Director of Isuzu Vietnam, made a strong impression, helping members gain a deeper understanding of the first core value: MUTUAL INSPIRATION.
