ISUZU CARE mobile app introduces customers to new “Membership” feature, offering many attractive privileges.
With this feature, ISUZU CARE users can easily EARN POINTS – REDEEM REWARDS for special vouchers worth up to 4 million VND through two simple methods:
📍 Schedule a service appointment through ISUZU CARE and complete the service at an Isuzu dealer.
📍 Check in at Isuzu events via ISUZU CARE app.
Additionally, customers can easily access information on points, point redemption history, and the latest available rewards directly within this new feature.
Furthermore, to enhance the experience of using Isuzu vehicles and services at authorized Isuzu Dealers nationwide (Dealer), Isuzu Vietnam (IVC) is pleased to announce the Loyalty Program for frequent customers as follows:
The Loyalty Program is a collaboration between IVC and Dealer.
I. PROGRAM DURATION & SCOPE
– Duration: From October 25, 2024, to May 31, 2025.
– Scope: Throughout Vietnam at IVC’s authorized Dealers.
II. ELIGIBLE PARTICIPANTS
All customers who have installed the ISUZU CARE app, registered an account, and added their vehicle’s chassis number to their account.
III. PROGRAM DETAILS
1. Definitions:
– Check-in: The action of using a registered account’s QR code on ISUZU CARE to be scanned by Dealers or IVC staff at events.
– Standard Points: The minimum points customers need to accumulate to redeem rewards according to the criteria set in section 3.2 below.
2. Program Rules:
2.1. How to Earn Points:
👉 Method 1: Schedule an appointment via ISUZU CARE and complete service at Isuzu Dealer.
– Accumulated points are calculated based on the rate of a point (1%) on the amount paid (including VAT) for services completed with a prior ISUZU CARE appointment.
– Points calculation: 1,000 VND = 1 point.
👉 Method 2: Check-in at IVC events (such as Vietnam Off-road Cup 2024, Caravan, Product Launches, etc.) through ISUZU CARE: 1 check-in equals 1 point.
2.2. Reward Structure:
By participating in the program, customers can redeem rewards in the form of vouchers with values that correspond to their accumulated points according to the guidelines below.
– The special voucher can only be used by the customer who redeemed it through points, and it applies to the payment of the next service matching the voucher value, provided that the service was scheduled through ISUZU CARE.
– Rewards have no cash equivalent.
– IVC reserves the right to deny voucher usage and retrieve vouchers if any dishonest activity is detected in the customer’s registration information on ISUZU CARE.
– Voucher validity period: until May 31, 2025.
– Total reward value is 40,750,000 VND. Voucher redemption will end once the total voucher issuance limit is reached as listed above.
2.3 Support:
– Program information is fully and clearly available on IVC’s website, the ISUZU CARE app, Dealer websites, and Dealer stores.
– The Terms and Conditions of this Program may be adjusted periodically at IVC’s discretion. Any amendments or additions (if applicable) will be announced, registered in accordance with legal requirements, and updated on the IVC website (https://isuzu-vietnam.com/) prior to implementation. IVC ensures that program changes do not affect the rights of customers who participated before the adjustments.
IV. GENERAL TERMS
– Customers voluntarily participate in the Program and are responsible for the legality, accuracy, and honesty of the information provided during ISUZU CARE account registration.
– IVC will only process customers’s personal data with their consent and within the legal framework.
