On November 29, 2024, Isuzu Vietnam Co., Ltd. (IVC) successfully organized the 2nd Dealer Conference for FY2024 in Australia. The event brought together representatives from Isuzu Australia Limited (IAL), Isuzu UTE Australia, IVC’s leadership team, and authorized Isuzu dealers from across Vietnam. Notably, the program included visiting IAL’s showroom, parts warehouse, training centre, offering valuable learning opportunities and strategic insights for future development.
This annual conference serves as a platform for IVC and its dealer network to evaluate performance, discuss solutions, and outline shared goals for the remainder of FY2024.
Mr. Wataru Nakano, General Director of Isuzu Vietnam, delivered the opening speech, expressing gratitude for the dealers’ dedication to sales and after-sales service amidst challenges over the past year.

Mr. Thai Van Toan, Director of Isuzu Vietnam, provided updates on the implementation of Isuzu’s new business philosophy, Isuzu ID, across Vietnam.

IVC shared an overview of the automotive market, highlighted key achievements from the first half of FY2024, and set strategic objectives for Sales, After-Sales Service, Marketing, and Customer Services (CRS) for the second half of the year. Interactive sessions with Mentimeter allowed attendees to actively contribute ideas and insights.
Representatives from Isuzu Australia Limited, Mr. Takeo Shindo – Managing Director & CEO, and Isuzu UTE Australia, Mr. Junta Matsui, Managing Director, and Ms. Tanya Howson, Senior Marketing Manager shared their operational expertise and market strategies. These presentations offered valuable perspectives for enhancing dealer performance in Vietnam.

The conference fostered lively discussions among Dealers on key areas such as Sales of commercial vehicles, pickup & SUV, After-sales service, Customer services, and Marketing. Conference attendees collaborated to propose innovative solutions to overcome challenges and seize opportunities.

As part of the program in Australia, on November 28, 2024, attendees visited IAL’s facilities, including showrooms, a parts warehouse, and a training center. This hands-on experience provided invaluable insights into operational excellence and customer service standards.
