ISUZU Vietnam is proud to announce the outstanding achievement of our technical team, securing the Runner-Up prize at the 2025 ISUZU WORLD TECHNICAL COMPETITION (I-1 Grand Prix) – Light Commercial Vehicle (LCV) category. This accomplishment firmly establishes the growing capability and standing of Vietnamese technicians on the international stage.
I-1 Grand Prix: A global stage for ISUZU technicians
The ISUZU World Technical Competition – LCV Division is a biennial event that brings together the most skilled technical talents from ISUZU around the world. The competition’s main goal is not only to assess professional skills but also to strongly inspire and motivate technicians to improve their expertise and enhance the quality of ISUZU’s services globally.
ISUZU Vietnam Team Participates in ISUZU World Technical Competition 2025
This year’s competition, themed “Engage for the Future”, took place from May 20-21, 2025, in Bangkok, Thailand. It featured excellent teams from 18 countries. Each team consisted of three members: one experienced coach and two technicians. The competition was designed to thoroughly test participants with both an “Individual Writing Competition” requiring in-depth knowledge and a “Team Practical Competition” demanding smooth coordination, quick problem-solving, and precise execution.

ISUZU Vietnam’s impressive achievement – A proud Runner-up
With strong determination and thorough preparation, ISUZU Vietnam team gave their best in the international arena. The team included outstanding contestants: Coach Nguyen Ngoc Tan (ISUZU Vietnam), along with two excellent technicians come from isuzu dealers: Vo Duc Nam (ISUZU Loc Phat – Dong Nai) and Nguyen Thanh Luan (ISUZU An Lac – Binh Tan).

Competing against 17 other nations, ISUZU Vietnam team displayed strong competitive spirit, seamless teamwork, solid knowledge, and flexible problem-solving abilities. As a result, ISUZU Vietnam brilliantly achieved the Runner-Up position in ISUZU World Technical Competition (I-1 Grand Prix) 2025 – LCV Division. This achievement is the result of systematic training, serious investment in developing the technical team, and especially the continuous learning spirit of each individual in the team.
