1. Overview of company

Established on Oct 19th, 1995, Isuzu Viet Nam Co., Ltd (IVC) is a Japan-Vietnam joint venture automotive company specialized in assembling & distributing commercial vehicles & light commercial vehicles includes light duty trucks, medium duty trucks, heavy duty trucks, bus chassis as well as pick-up and SUV.

In 2022, Isuzu Vietnam officially launched new Isuzu Master Truck product lines Euro 5 – GREEN POWER – is the newest upgraded version of Common Rail Technology, complying with Government’s roadmap on emission standard in Vietnam, contributing to environmental protection and the sustainable development of society.

3. Job Description

• Market Research:

• Collaborate with Isuzu Japan/ Isuzu Thailand/ Dealers/ Customers/ Partners to research the market/ Product/ Competitor.
• Arrange survey form, questionnaires and arrange schedule, budget for market research.
• Collect and synthesize product feedback from the market.
• Update and synthesize competitor product information.

• Product Development:

• Collaborate with Isuzu Japan/ Isuzu Thailand/ Partners for new product development & product innovation.
• Plan and coordinate with other departments to develop/ improve products.
• Product testing and evaluation (Isuzu & Competitors).

• Training:

• Research product specification, information of Isuzu/ Competitors.
• Organize and train products for Dealers.

4. Job Requirements

• Education: Bachelor’s degree in Automotive Engineering.
• Experience: At least 1 year of experience (fresh graduates are welcome).
• Knowledge: Strong understanding of commercial vehicles and market research.
• English: Good communication skills (minimum TOEIC 600).
• Computer skills: Proficient in Microsoft Office.
• Data skills: Ability to analyze and process data.
• Presentation: Fluent in delivering presentations in both Vietnamese and English.
• Work style: Quick learner, diligent, and able to work independently.
• Travel: Willing to travel for business trips.
• License: B2 driver’s license.
