Established on Oct 19th, 1995, ISUZU Viet Nam Co., Ltd (IVC) is a Japan-Vietnam joint venture automotive company specialized in assembling & distributing commercial vehicles & light commercial vehicles includes light duty trucks, medium duty trucks, heavy duty trucks, bus chassis as well as pick-up and SUV.

III. Job Description
- Managing assets, facilities, office furniture, canteen, parking lot, and warehouse: monitoring inventory, updating information on the system, conducting inventory checks, issuing, retrieving, managing stock levels, and tracking usage status.
- Planning and monitoring asset maintenance schedules; coordinating with the factory’s Maintenance department or sourcing suppliers for repairs when damage occurs.
- Purchasing assets, kitchen equipment, and electrical and plumbing supplies: working directly with suppliers, preparing purchase requests, contracts, payments, managing operations, and conducting periodic supplier evaluations.
- Planning, monitoring, and directly inspecting water supply, wastewater, and rainwater drainage systems, as well as septic tank systems; preparing reports.
- Managing and archiving ISO 9001:2015 and 14001:2015 records; reporting, training, and preparing documentation for audits.
- Conduct periodic safety monitoring, inspection, and reporting; check 5S practices in the parking lot, garbage area, canteen, and warehouse; inspect fire extinguishers, electrical and water systems, automated parking systems, landscaping, and greenery.
- Develop annual budgets, monitor and control expenses, and process payments.
- Perform other related tasks as required by management during internal company events.
- Coordinate with other departments to handle administrative issues.
- Perform other tasks assigned by the direct manager.
IV. Job Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in public administration, Construction, Mechatronics, Electrical Engineering, or related fields.
- Minimum 2 years of experience in facility management, operation & maintenance of MEP systems, renovation and construction.
- Experience in administrative work, facility management, equipment management, construction, and repair of electrical and plumbing equipment for residential and industrial use.
- Good health, high sense of responsibility, quick-witted, careful and meticulous in work, eager to learn.
- Ability to collaborate with other departments.
- Proficiency in AutoCAD is a plus.
