Established on Oct 19th, 1995, Isuzu Viet Nam Co., Ltd (IVC) is a Japan-Vietnam joint venture automotive company specialized in assembling & distributing commercial vehicles & light commercial vehicles includes light duty trucks, medium duty trucks, heavy duty trucks, bus chassis as well as pick-up and SUV.

3. Job Description

A . Customer Relations

– Maintain relationships with Customers/Dealers through targeted care activities.

– Communicate regularly via SMS, Zalo, direct calls, emails, and visits.

– Share relevant company updates, new products, dealer activities, promotions, and policy changes.

B. Customer Care Programs & Training

– Coordinate customer satisfaction surveys with external agencies and relay feedback to relevant departments.

– Support the development of customer service standards and processes for Dealers.

– Assist in organizing customer engagement events and training programs.

C. Train DLRs and conduct the following programs for customers:

– Safety & Eco-drive seminar.

–  Daily maintenance & inspection seminar.

–  Process of handling customer complaints.

Note: These trainings are sometimes conducted on weekends.

D. Complaint Management

– Receive and coordinate resolution of customer complaints in collaboration with related departments.

– Ensure a professional, empathetic, and solution-oriented approach to customer interactions.

E. Customer Data Management

– Support the collection and management of customer information.

– Maintain accurate records of customer feedback and interactions.

– Coordinate with internal departments to utilize customer data for business improvement.

F. DMS/CRM Project Support (50%)

– Actively support the planning, development, and deployment of IVC’s DMS (Dealer Management System) and CRM (Customer Relationship Management) systems.

– Act as a key user to gather operational requirements and coordinate with vendors and IT teams.

– Assist in testing system functionalities to ensure alignment with customer service workflows.

4. Job Requirements

– Education: University graduate.

– Major: Automotive Engineering, Business Administration, Economics, Foreign Trade, E-commerce, etc.

– Experience: 01 year experienced staff is preferred.

– Foreign Language: Good communication, reading & writing in English. TOEIC ≥ 600.

– Computer Skills: Good at MS Word, Excel and Power Point presentation. DMS/CRM system. Experience in developing and operating DMS/CRM system.

– Ability to work independently, ready to go on business trip.

– Skill in training, care and discipline.

– Other Skills:

+ Have good knowledge about automobile industry (CV &LCV).

+ Have drive license is prefered.

+ Good at planning & execution.

+ Good at presentation & negotiating skill.

+ Good communication (with customers, dealers,…)
