Established on Oct 19th, 1995, ISUZU Viet Nam Co., Ltd (IVC) is a Japan-Vietnam joint venture automotive company specialized in assembling & distributing commercial vehicles & light commercial vehicles includes light duty trucks, medium duty trucks, heavy duty trucks, bus chassis as well as pick-up and SUV.
In 2022, ISUZU Vietnam officially launched new ISUZU Master Truck product lines Euro 5 – GREEN POWER – is the newest upgraded version of Common Rail Technology, complying with Government’s roadmap on emission standard in Vietnam, contributing to environmental protection and the sustainable development of society.

3. Job Description
DMS/ERP Operation
– Maintain daily operation of DMS/ERP.
– Process sales orders and vehicle stock transfer transactions.
– Monitor transaction status and coordinate with related departments to ensure data accuracy.
– Support troubleshooting related to DMS transactions.
Transportation & Motor Pool Budget Control
– Consolidate transportation and motor pool expenses.
– Prepare monthly budget reports and forecasts.
– Monitor budget utilization and explain budget variances
Sales Administration
– Prepare sales contracts and contract appendices.
– Issue related announcements to dealers.
– Monitor dealer overdue payments and parking fees.
– Prepare daily/ad-hoc reports.
– Arrange business trips and meeting minutes.
4. Job Requirements
– Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, Economics, Business Administration, or a related field.
– Candidates with experience in the automotive industry are preferred.
– Good command of English (TOEIC score of 700 or above is preferred).
– Proficient in Microsoft Office, especially Excel.
– Experience with ERP, DMS, or SAP systems is an advantage.
– Detail-oriented, organized, and able to work effectively with cross-functional teams.
