Established on Oct 19th, 1995, ISUZU Viet Nam Co., Ltd (IVC) is a Japan-Vietnam joint venture automotive company specialized in assembling & distributing commercial vehicles & light commercial vehicles includes light duty trucks, medium duty trucks, heavy duty trucks, bus chassis as well as pick-up and SUV.

In 2022, ISUZU Vietnam officially launched new ISUZU Master Truck product lines Euro 5 – GREEN POWER – is the newest upgraded version of Common Rail Technology, complying with Government’s roadmap on emission standard in Vietnam, contributing to environmental protection and the sustainable development of society.

3. Job Description

Market & Competitor Intelligence

– Coordinate with Isuzu Japan, Isuzu Thailand, dealers to conduct market, product, & competitor research.

– Plan and execute market survey activities, including questionnaire preparation, visit arrangement, schedule control.

– Collect, consolidate, and analyze customer, dealer, and market feedback.

– Monitor and summarize competitor product information, market trends, and EV-related movements.Product

 

Planning & Development

– Coordinate with Isuzu Japan, Isuzu Thailand, and internal dept. on new product planning and improvement activities.

– Implement new product planning and product development projects as well as details truck specs selection.

– Prepare product proposals and support specification study based on market needs and competitor situation.

– Conduct product benchmarking, testing, and evaluation for ISUZU and competitor models.

– Follow up product-related issues and support countermeasure planning.

 

Project Coordination

– Project milestone tracking and progress follow-up for product-related projects.

– Consolidate project issues, prepare reports, and coordinate with related departments for timely action.

– Support preparation of management materials, proposals, and internal coordination for project execution.

– Support market issue follow-up, post-launch evaluation, and product readiness activities.

 

Dealer & Market Support

– Prepare product information, comparison materials, and training contents for dealers.

– Conduct product training for dealers and support new product launch readiness.

– Support communication of product value and key selling points to market side.

 

4. Job Requirements

– Degree: University graduate in Automotive Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, or related major.

– Specialized: Minimum 3 years of experience in automotive product, technical, planning, or related function.

– Experience: Experience in cross-functional project coordination is preferred.

– Foreign Language: English, TOEIC ≥ 600 or equivalent is preferred.

– Computer: Good command of Microsoft Office and Al.

– Strong analytical, reporting, and data processing skills.

– Good presentation and communication skills in Vietnamese and English.

– Good follow-up skill, issue management skill, coordination and business mindset.

– Proactive, responsible, able to work independently, and willing to travel for business when required.

– Driving license: at least B1.
