With a commitment to economic development that is closely aligned with environmental protection and social responsibility, Isuzu Vietnam Co., Ltd (hereinafter referred to as “Company”) consistently upholds its obligations to fully comply with environmental regulations across our products, manufacturing processes, business operations, and services. In this effort, the implementation of recycling responsibility is a key element in achieving these goals. The Company hereby announces the categories of recycling responsibility as stated below:
I. IMPLEMENTING RECYCLING RESPONSIBILITY:
According to the provisions of the Law on Environmental Protection No. 72/2020/QH14 dated November 17th, 2020 (Article 54) and Decree 08/2022/ND-CP dated January 10th, 2022 on elaboration of several articles of the Law on Environmental Protection (Articles 77 to Article 82), the Company will carry out the “Responsibility for recycling products” that the Company produces and imports.
II. SCOPE AND TIME OF APPLICATION:
The Company carries out recycling responsibilities for 05 product groups that the Company produces and imports to bring to market according to the timeline shown in the table below:
(Domestically produced products will be recycled by domestic manufacturers or handled by dealers according to current regulations)
III. PROVIDE INFORMATION ABOUT PRODUCTS AND PACKAGING COMPANY IMPLEMENTING RECYCLING RESPONSIBILITY:
According to the provisions of Decree 08/2022/ND-CP detailing a number of articles of the Law on Environmental Protection (Article 86), the Company is responsible for publicizing information about the products and packaging they produces and imports, including: ingredients, fuel, materials; instructions for classification, collection, reuse, recycling, and treatment; warning about risks during recycling, reuse, and treatment.
