III. Job Description

Manage the activities of the Aftersales Service Department to enhance the post-sales customer service quality and upgrade the department’s operations, ensuring compliance with the standards required by Isuzu Japan.
– Translate, draft, and update technical standards, user manuals, and repair instructions for dealers, partners, and customers.
– Develop and implement aftersales service – parts plans.
– Supervise service quality, responsible for service inspection before the company introduces products to the market.
– Report monthly budgets for aftersales service – parts.
– Propose modifications to policies related to aftersales service – parts.
– Evaluate personnel in the aftersales service – parts department, calculate proposed staffing levels.
– And other tasks as assigned, required by superiors, and Isuzu Japan.
IV. Job Requirements1. Educational Background:
– Minimum 2 years of training in the automotive/engineering/transportation/aftersales service field.
2. Experience Requirements:
– Over 5 years of experience in aftersales service management in the transportation/automotive industry or equivalent positions at Isuzu Japan (parent company) or Isuzu Group member companies abroad, nominated by Isuzu Japan to work in Isuzu Vietnam.
– In-depth understanding of Isuzu Japan’s processes, policies, operational systems, and technology.
3. Other Requirements:
– Proficiency in English and Japanese for communication with customers, partners, and the ability to read, understand, and draft related documents.
– Familiarity with Isuzu Japan’s processes, policies, operational systems, technology, products, and development direction.
– Sharp analytical skills, adaptable to changes, and able to handle high-pressure work situations.
– Good health, agile demeanor, professionalism, and a high sense of responsibility.
