Established on Oct 19th, 1995, Isuzu Viet Nam Co., Ltd (IVC) is a Japan-Vietnam joint venture automotive company specialized in assembling & distributing commercial vehicles & light commercial vehicles include light-duty trucks, medium-duty trucks, heavy-duty trucks, bus chassis as well as pick-up and SUV.

In 2018, Isuzu Viet Nam officially launched a new generation of trucks using Common Rail equipped with an improved Common Rail engine named Blue Power, once again became a pioneer in satisfying Euro 4 emission standards required by the Government.

Job title: Dealer Network Development Staff

I. Job Description:

  1. Management of signage system& logos, brand identity of Dealer

  – Plan & Manage related assets of logo/signboard

  – Track and manage the design and production of logo items & signage systems

  – Set up management policies to support Dealer & regulation on new supply-use- storage level

  – Budget management & planning for repair/maintain as standard

  2. I-Truck & D Square standard update

  – Manage, planning to following practical status & update/Kaizen Standard

(Working with Architects/Partner companies/Internal Dept.,)

  – Visit dealers, site check and survey sales network ( Isuzu and competitors) to increase and improve the standard

  – Review, adjust and improve the standard items to suit the operational situation

  – Set up plan (co-operate with internal dept., ) to control renovation as standard

  3. Records management, legal procedures of dealers (Agreement/ Termination)

  – Review status & internal proposal

  – Collaboration with Legal and related department to adjust the Dealership Agreement & Annex

  – Track Management liquidation of Dealer Agreement and related assets liquidation

  4. Dealer Evaluation/Dealer incentive Tour/Dealer award:

  – Study, create Dealer evaluation policy

  – Summary & report Dealer evaluation

  – Analyze and recommend improving criteria of Dealer evaluation

  – Set up program & result announcement of award

  – Work with agency and internal department to hold you/award execution/Budget management

II. Job Requirements:

  – Required qualification: Bachelor’s Degree in Automotive Engineering  Economic/ related field

  – TOEIC 600 and above

  – Good at analyzing, negotiating, planning, communication, and presentation skill

  – Ability to read and understand the technical /construction draw

  – Ability to work independently ready to go on business trip
