On November 04th, 2009, at the worldwide Isuzu Skill Contest, Isuzu Vietnam team has excellently achieved the bronze medal.

The contest is hold on November yearly by Isuzu Motors Japan, aiming at improving technician skills in the worldwide Isuzu system, so, speeding up Isuzu customers service competitiveness at every country.

The contest comprises both written and technical competition, requires the whole team maximize their knowledge and skills, simultaneously, co-ordinate closely amongst all team members.

The written test consists of questions relating to the basic structure, operation, adjustment and basic knowledge necessary in conducting failure diagnosis of vehicles (engine, chassis), as well as related questions that are unique to Isuzu products.

The technical competition consists of questions relating to the following subjects: regular vehicle inspections, engine repair, rear axle repair and chassis parts measurement.

In this year, with the all-out attempt, Isuzu Vietnam team with 1 team leader and 2 technicians has successully achieved the bronze medal, in which the practice test stand at No.2. The silver medal belongs to Japan and the gold medal goes to Thailand.

Besides the skill contest, Isuzu Motors Japan also organized yearly seminar to evaluate after-sales service, customer service in the year, to renew activities method, target as well as best and fatest way to serve customers. It is considered as a chance for all participants to exchange experience and improvement on operation quality.

The excellent results in this year contest shows that Isuzu technicians’ skills & knowledge has upgraded and leveled as other countries.
