The 1st F-series Sales Training Seminar in 2011
As part of annual training scheme, from 23 May to 1 June 2011, Isuzu Vietnam conducted “F-Series sales seminar” for all salesmen from 15 authorized dealers of Isuzu nationwide in three locations: Ho Chi Minh City, Da Nang, Ha Noi.
With an aim to upgrading selling skills for salesmen, especially in current tough market situation of medium duty & high duty truck segments, IVC cooperated with SPECTRA SINGAPORE and rear body expert of Thinh Hung Quang Co. to organize this special seminar.
In the opening, Isuzu Vietnam provide brief market review as well as in-depth analysis of F-Series truck. Next is rear body presentation of expert from Thinh Hung Quang. In the last part, salesmen exchange experience and practice professional selling skills with Spectra Singapore’s specialist.
With well-designed & condensed training content, combined with exciting games & exercises, this training is really a big day for all Isuzu salesmen. Everyone actively participate in the training, seriously study, update knowledge and ask questions about products, technical terms, rear body applications … as well as share valuable sales experience.
The seminar ends with final test specifically designed for all participants. After paper test, everyone have to take interview test on real vehicles. Trainers play roles of difficult customers who ask questions about specifications, rear body… and assess negotiation skills. In order to motivate learners, the organizing board prepare some prizes at the end of each course for excellent teams & individuals.
After this training, all salesmen feel more self-confident about product knowledge & selling skills, especially when applied to deal with F-Series customers.
